We are siblings, two sides of the same coin, bonded by love and purpose. With different perspectives but a shared mission, we set out to build a brand that celebrates our people and uplifts our stories. Our connection is rooted in loyalty and vision. I am my brother’s keeper, and I am my sister’s protector. Together, we create with intention, purpose, and legacy in mind.

Empowering Minds Designs is more than a brand. It is a movement. Every T-shirt, journal, planner, and affirmation we offer is designed to help you feel bold, joyful, and seen. We are here for the Black woman searching for tools that speak to her spirit. We are here for the Black man reclaiming his narrative. We are here for the journey in all its forms.

Our products are inspired by everything from affirmations and ancestral pride to cultural shifts and everyday resistance. As Gen X creatives shaped by the culture, we draw from the intersections of activism, Hip Hop, sports, and lived experience.

In the words of our co-founder and lead designer:

"I grew up in a world where creativity and survival were intertwined. As a Black man, I’ve been watched and celebrated, demonized and ignored. My goal is to create pieces that reflect our truth—our pride, our power, and our creativity."

These designs are personal. They are rooted in who we are and where we come from, crafted to affirm and empower.
